All accounts come complete with a fully featured address book, including the features to store names, mobile numbers and notes in your address book. The database resides behind a highly secure firewall. You can even setup groups in the address book and send a SMS to everyone in that group with just a couple of mouse clicks.

Use your Message History to find out to whom, when and how many messages you have sent and what their current status is. You can also view what messages you have scheduled to send later and you can even retrieve earlier messages, edit, modify and send again.

SmsToAlert has developed the Greetings Calendar service based on an application that checks a data base on a daily basis to find whether a particular date corresponds to a name-day. If the particular day corresponds to a name-day, the system checks if there are records with this name and in that case, it automatically sends him/her an appropriate greeting message.

With SmsToAlert you can send to one or numerous recipients at once with a single submit. This makes broadcasting the same message to many people a snap. The online phonebook can be used to arrange contacts into groups. Groups ensure that only targeted users receive messages. Existing databases (e.g. in MS Excel, CSV file) of mobile phone numbers and personalized messages can be uploaded to the groups created on your SmsToAlert account.

This feature is called the Sponsor-Consumer feature as the central account sponsors the consumption of credits on sub-accounts. With this feature you can sponsor the credit usage on other SmsToAlert account from your own SmsToAlert account. This is a useful feature if you have a business in which you have several branches and people deployed across geographic locations, who have SmsToAlert accounts, but you want to manage the purchasing and usage of credits from one central SmsToAlert account.

This feature allows you to send an individual message to multiple people via a CSV file upload. Prior to sending you will need to create a CSV file. Irrespective of the number of intended recipients, you can send customised messages by one time configuring of the message. Our system will generate the message customised for each intended recipients with relevant fields from the excel fields dynamically inserted to the message. And this could be scheduled for delivery at a later time and repeat as many times as the customer decides.
